Ministering the Memory - III
We have been teaching about the memory and the great need and importance to have it ministered in our life. The registry our memory has are kept in our heart and mind, and those make us feel happy or unhappy, depending if those are good or bad memories; for example: if we registered in our memory of a person that played an important role in our life but it is no longer with us, because we got separated or he or she passed away, this memory could affect our soul making us feel nostalgic for the absence of this person and it could be of pain or bitterness depending of what this person did to us something bad or betrayed us.
It could happen, also, that when we live moments of sadness those registered in our mind the smell, the perfume and even the gestures of the person that made us feel pain and after a while we might think that it doesn’t affect what we have lived and think that we forgot what happened, however if we experiment something similar then our soul as a mechanism of defense, brings it back to what happened in the past associating it to a new experience, so we feel the same pain and anguish again, but in a higher degree. The memory is the power of the soul (mental skill) in which registers, preserves and brought back experiences to our memory no matter where we are, the things we own or how happy we think we are, also we could be living submerged in deep pain caused by the memories.
Ministering the Memory - II
On the first part of today’s study we saw that the memory, defined by the RAE (Real Academia de la Lengua Española) dictionary as: the power of the soul (mental skill) in which it is registered, preserved and brought back experiences (ideas, images, feelings, flavors, smells, etc.); with this we understand that our memories registered could make us react differently, either positive or negative and control our mood; this is why our soul needs to be ministered.
Ministering the memory has to be done by the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; for example the Father ministers the memory of His people, in the book of Numbers, chapter 15 verse 39: He told them to wear fringes so they could remember His commands and law; in the same way the Son by the Communion invites us to remember His sacrifice and to know what He did for us, and the Holy Spirit reminds us all the things we forgot and we need to remember in order to fulfill God’s divine plan for our life and also remember moments from our life that marked us somehow with the purpose to be delivered and our soul be healed from any injure from the past.
Ministering the Memory - I
As Church of Christi t is necessary to move forward in our Christian live and leave behind those traditions that we got when we were lost in the delights and pleasures of this world for later we adopt and persevere in the sound doctrine. Paul the Apostle says: “Now I commend you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions even as I delivered them to you.”(1 Corinthians 11:2). We don’t have to ignore the orders from God nor His will for our life but we must retain them and put them into practice at all time and place.
According to the RAE (Real Academia de la Lengua Española) the concept of memory is defined as: the power of the soul (mental skill) in which it is registered, preserved and brought back experiences (ideas, images, feelings, tastes, smells, etc.). In the Bible even the people that passed away have a memory and they remembered the moments they lived and the people they met during their lives. One biblical example about this we find it in the gospel of Luke when Jesus taught the parable of the rich man and Lazarus (Luke 16:19-31); when the rich man after he died and being at the Hades he remembered about his brothers and cried for help to father Abraham so they could be aware of the existence of this torment.
John 16:22 KJ2000 and you now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man takes from you.
While the Lord comes, we will have a little of affliction, but Jesus Christ also had afflictions during His ministry here on earth.
Matthew 26:38-39 KJ2000 38 Then said he unto them, my soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even unto death: tarry you here, and watch with me. And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as you will.
The Weddings of the Lamb
Revelation 19:7 KJ2000 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife have made her ready.
Revelation 19:9 KJ2000 and he said unto me, Write, Blessed is they who are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said unto me, these are the true sayings of God.
We will focus in the most important word of this topic which is “LAMB” which in the Book of Revelation, Version LBLA it is written 30 times, and always referring to our Lord Jesus Christ. When talking about the Weddings is presented under the title; a husband Lamb and we know that He presents himself in other parts of the Bible with other titles, for example: The Lion from the tribe of Judah, the ox, and the eagle.
In the natural, the animals chose a mate of their same nature and breed, therefore the Son of God will chose a wife of His own nature, as to say, that if He presents himself as a lamb, the chosen one has to be a female lamb.
The Day of Expiation
“Yom Kipur” It is the Jews commemoration for the Expiation Day, forgiveness, and a sincere repentance from the heart. There are ten days for repentance.
Leviticus 23:26-28 KJV and the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying, also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be a holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD. And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before the LORD your God.
New Beginnings for the Ministration for the Ministration of the Communion
Searching the Scriptures we find that parting from the Book of Exodus chapter 12; that each time the people of Israel celebrated the Passover something changed, therefore we have to believe that also when we are ministered by the Lord’s communion, God will give us a new start. The beginning is an action to start again.
Exodus 12:11 KJ2000 and thus shall you eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD'S Passover.
The conception has to take our imagination at the marvelous moment when God allows the beginning of a new life; that moment when God allows an individualize spirit to come and personalize a life who will be soon to be born; now, this should not be confuse with the breath of life, because the breath of life was already in existence at the moment of the conception. It is clear that we refer to the normal and natural process inside the marriage in God’s order, but seen from a general view point; because in the same way as it can be propose in that way the conception, we can also speak of the no conception, which is of the general knowledge, this can be prevented using methods that medicine has generated for these means.
Really in this opportunity the study is spiritual, however, we cannot reject what happens in the physical side, because it has an extraordinary figure in the spiritual side, therefore, let’s begin speaking a little about what happens at the moment of conception in the physical, and then we can transpose it to the spiritual. Inside this natural process of women, there are 4 days in the month when she ovulates and when the couples have sexual intimacy, she can become pregnant, and that gives us as a result the following:
ESPERMATHOZOID + OVULE = CONCEPTION
The Culture of Praying
The word “culture” means a group of living and traditions ways of season or social group; it means that the culture is a group of doctrines, because an easy way to understand the doctrine, it’s the way of how people live. Now, to understand the right doctrine that as sons of God we must practice, we must see how the Church from the beginning was in the past. The Apostles of the Lord Jesus were the ones who got the privilege of teaching in the primitive church about the doctrine groups, that in some how they had defined their living style, this is based on the teachings that they got from Jesus Christ. Another point of view from the doctrine that the Lord Jesus Christ taught to His apostles was that we can appreciate that praying takes a very important role.
Luke 6:12 ESV In these days he went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God.
The Second Moon of Blood
To speak about the ninth tetrad, that is happening right now in this biennium; and for some people could be polemic, because they confuse the term “astronomy” with “astrology” and because the similitude between its names; and that both are strongly associated with the stars and the planets; however, they are both different. Astronomy is the science that is in charge of the study for the properties of the material, and chemistry of the celestial bodies and the way in which these go through the evolution and through time. In the other hand, it is also occupied of analyzing the entire phenomenon which have place out of the earth atmosphere, including the supernovas, meteorites, the cosmic radiation and the way in which the stars die. However, astrology is a set of believes which says that there is a relation between the position of the planets and the events that are happening on earth and in general, is associated with the horoscopes, among other things. The Bible mentions about the Zodiac but, humanity, in his own reasoning, has deviated what the Word teaches about the same, and has used it with purposes that do not please God.
To be able to properly analyze these events, we should look to the past, the present, and the future but, always rely in the Word, that despite being codified, the same is a mystery that God has revealed by His mercy and goodness, to us His servants.
